Human Resources Table


At the request of the administrative committee,

1) Negotiate, manage and ensure follow-up of the collective agreement for MRC employees. Play a supporting role to the Director General regarding the overall management of human resources. This Table shall report such activities to the Administrative Committee for informative purposes and to the Council for decision-making purposes.

2) Ensure the implementation of the preliminary steps required for developing a culture of collaboration, validate the process, determine the pace and elements for measuring achievement, explore, analyze and choose training topics and put together training and coaching groups.
